The accuracy of the in house 3120 caliber was fairly decent out of box. It averaged out for about +2.5 seconds during the first month break in period. I had not worn the watch much since and decided to wear it these past few days.
My experience leads me to believe there is something wrong with the auto-wind mechanism, but this is a really odd problem to have. Has anybody else experienced this? Is there an easy fix?

Yes, the 3120 is hand-finished. Make sure you have registered your watch on the AP website and done the water-resistance testing at the boutique to qualify for the 5-year warranty.
